Heaven--You can know for sure!

First, you must admit that you are a sinner.
"As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one." (Romans 3:10)
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

Second, you must realize that God's penalty for sin is death.
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23)

Third, you must realize that eternal life (in Heaven) is through Jesus Christ, not works.
"I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me."  (John 14:6)
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God, not of works: lest any man should boast."  (Epehsians 2:8-9)

Fourth, You must believe that Jesus Christ, God's Son, was crucified on the cross to pay the penalty for your sin and rose again from the dead three days later.
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures." (1 Corinthians 15: 3-4)

Fifth, you must receive Jesus to go to Heaven.
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:9, 10, 13)

Will you receive Jesus Christ now?
To do so: 1. Admit you have sinned against God, and ask for His forgiveness. 2. Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is God's Son who died on the cross, rose from the dead, and is Lord. 3. Call upon Jesus to be your Lord and Savior.
